What is the plan for Interview with Vampire Season 2?
Interview with Vampire season 2 will most likely pick up from where the first season ended and explore the story from Rice’s book in the second half. Season 1 of the gothic thriller series explores Louis de Pointe du Lac’s life as a wealthy black man in 1910s New Orleans, where he is seduced and romanced by the beloved vampire, Lestat de Lioncourt. Throughout the first season seven episodes, we see Louis and Lestat’s eternal relationship, friendship, and Lestat turn Louis into a vampire like him and teach him the ropes of “life.” Then enters Claudia, a vampire newly created by Lestat, who puts both men’s chemistry on edge. As Louis tells his story to reporter Daniel Molloy, he realizes that all may not be as he remembers. The way the season ends, it might seem like it’s the end of Lestat and Louis’ relationship, but of course, there’s more to it.
What happens to them next and where the story comes from are some of the other questions that the second season will talk about the most. Although the plans for the second season are still under wraps, we know that the plot will be set in Europe, as revealed by Rolin Jones in an interview,
“We are going to Europe and the second part of the novel is Episode 1 of season 2. So, we are going there and we are going to have that experience. Then we are going to Paris. We are going to see what the life of the coven is, and we have more time than the movie or even the book. We continue to make the interview part of this story and just like the reflection again, in which there are some very dynamic things that will happen in Dubai.
